Other information such as the address, website name, ID, telephone & mailing contacts, and bank account number remain unchanged. The change in the name of the of the company has no effect on contracts and liabilities between you and Inprozone Solutions. Contracts signed before the change are still valid.
Changes
However, new business correspondences, orders, invoices, delivery sheets, new contracts and changes to existing contracts between you and our company must be carried out under the new business name Inprozone Software Ltd. in accordance with this change.
